- Own what ships - set the roadmap and priorities for a catalogue of enterprise‑grade AI agents
- Build real products, not experiments - commercially viable, production‑ready AI used at scale
- Work at the intersection of AI, product, and enterprise alongside engineers and industry
Why this role
Fusion5 is building something genuinely new: an Agent Factory producing a catalogue of production‑grade AI agents that operate inside the enterprise platforms organisations already rely on.
These are not experiments. They are secure, scalable, commercially viable AI agents designed to automate real work for real teams.
As Product Owner, you own what gets built - and in what order. You decide what ships. This is a true product role with end‑to‑end accountability: roadmap, backlog, prioritisation, acceptance, and outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning the roadmap - setting and defending the build sequence for the AI agent catalogue, balancing market demand, commercial value, and engineering constraints
- Running the backlog - writing clear, build‑ready user stories with unambiguous acceptance criteria to keep delivery fast and focused
- Making the hard calls - applying a commercial filter to every decision; novelty isn’t enough, every agent must justify its place
- Bridging worlds - working closely with Principal AI Engineers, product developers, industry SMEs, and leadership to keep everyone aligned
- Defining “production‑ready” - owning quality and acceptance standards so what ships is usable, scalable, and valuable
- Staying market‑aware - tracking the Microsoft Agent ecosystem and broader AI landscape and feeding that insight into the roadmap
What we’re looking for
You’re a product owner who is comfortable holding the pen - and the line.
- Proven product management experience in a software or technology environment
- Strong experience owning roadmaps, backlogs, and agile delivery with engineering teams
- A track record of commercial prioritisation - saying no, defending it, and being right
- Confidence communicating across technical and non‑technical audiences
- Enough technical fluency to understand constraints, challenge assumptions, and make informed trade‑offs
- Comfort operating under pressure - more good ideas than time doesn’t faze you
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or AI agent tooling
- Understanding of the Microsoft enterprise ecosystem (Azure, M365, Dynamics)
- Background in consulting, professional services, or partner/channel models
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, or enterprise workflows
Why Fusion5

This role offers:
- The chance to shape an entire AI product catalogue
- Direct influence on what thousands of users across hundreds of organisations will use

For someone with strong product instinct and the discipline to match, this is a career‑defining role
