As a key member of our growing NZ Data & Analytics team, located in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch, you'll design and deliver scalable data platforms and pipelines that help clients unlock the value of their data. You'll work across a range of industries, collaborate closely with customers and internal teams, and help lift delivery consistency through strong engineering practices.

As part of our NZ Data & Analytics team, you'll provide high‑quality, customer‑focused support across data platforms and reporting solutions. Acting as the front door for Data & Analytics support, you'll own requests end‑to‑end, keep customers informed, and help lift support maturity through strong documentation and effective handovers, building trust and confidence in their analytics environments.
 
You'll work across a diverse customer technology landscape. While the role is primarily Microsoft‑focused (Azure, Fabric, Power BI), you'll also have exposure to platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks, along with tools like WhereScape and Informatica. We're looking for someone curious, highly trainable, and able to ramp up quickly, supported by our wider data and integration team and clear escalation pathways.
